1) Top 10 finish
Paul Dunne, odds: 2.20
Dunne lost in playoff last year to Eduardo Molinari. He performed well at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam on his event debut in 2016, too, finishing in a share of 16th place. The world number 68 is 2-T8-T5 in his last 3 starts so he definitely is among the favorites this week. I even consider to make him captain of my fantasy team :)
Thanks for a great week @OpenEspana2018 @EuropeanTour. The fans were incredible in Madrid. Disappointed not to win but Spain has a great champion in @JonRahmpga. Thanks everyone for all the support! On to Morocco for another good week. #vamos— Paul Dunne (@dunners11) April 16, 2018
Pablo Larrazabal, odds: 3.00
The Spaniard didn't play much in the last couple of weeks, but he is T21 - T4 - T4 in his last 3 starts on tour. Larrazabal posted two very good rounds in Spain (65&67), just need to show some consistency. He traditionally plays well during this part of the year so it worth to give it a go with this pick.
Our 3 ball today 65,65,65... @PepperellEddie , @dunners11 and i shoot 55 better ball today... good shooting boys, it was fun...— Pablo Larrazabal (@plarrazabal) April 13, 2018
3) The best ranked player from Scotland
Marc Warren, odds: 6.00
There are 9 Scottish players this week in Rabat and none of them is among the big favorites. It was not long time ago when players from the Home of golf used to occupy the top places on the leaderboards. Warren comes from a T5 places in Open de Espana where he was the top ranked Scottish player. The veteran Stephen Gallacher was the 2nd best player from Scotland, but he was 8 shots behind Warren.
